After long haul flights, many of us experience back pain, fatigue, digestive upsets, insomnia, drowsiness, memory lapses, swelling of the joints, irritability, and difficulties concentrating. Our massage can help you recover after a long flight instead of having to rely on medication and caffeine to keep you awake!

A massage will stimulate the lymphatic system and minimise the effects of fatigue, bloating and muscle aches. It will restore your senses and promote healthier sleep cycles, helping you to adjust to a new time zone faster.

Tui Na Massage

Tui Na is a very effective treatment for arthritis, muscle pain, slipped disc, sciatica and muscles spasms, headache, insomnia, constipation and other disorders related to the digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems. We are members of British Chinese Medicine.

Sports massage with stretching prepares the body for athletic activity and helps recover from workouts or injuries. A Male therapist is available under request.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu applies deep pressure on body points to help with sleep disorders. Relieves tension and pain.

Thai Oil Massage

It is the manipulation of the body using passive stretching techniques and deep massage. Pressure is applied along the meridian lines to encourage the movement of the energy in the body. It takes place on the massage table utilizing oil and it improves circulation, pain relief, stress reduction, and stiffness.
